Why 9am?

It's a question we got asked alot, and it's definitely a valid question for the curious mind!

“Because it’s the perfect time to have your first cup of freshly brewed coffee for that caffein boost you need to get through the day with laser sharp focus!”

Reason being, at 9:am the sun has already risen, and the day is well underway. It marks the transition from the tranquil early morning hours to the vibrant and active part of the day.

Research also suggested that it’s better to drink your first cup of coffee 90 minutes or more than after you have woken up, to maximize the benefit of the caffeine boost, and to avoid crashing and feeling sluggish later in the day.
